MVU User Agreement
www.myvideouploads.com is a media hosting website. By uploading to MVU,
users agree to the following terms.
1) Pornography, nudity, sexual explicit images, gruesome videos,
videos of death or abuse, and similarly offensive videos are prohibited.
MVU reserves the right to decide appropriate content, and will
delete videos without prior notice. www.myvideouploads.com
will cooperate with all legal authorities if an investigation should
arise concerning material users have uploaded. Links to such content are also forbidden.
2) MVU reserves the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that are using excessive
bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.
3) Users of MVU must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their
location, including copyright and trademark laws. Files that users
upload and which violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If an infringement
claim is made against a user, they will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the
issue is resolved. If there is a dispute concerning material uploaded by a user then
MVU is under no obligation to become involved.
4) By uploading a video, users give permission for the owners of MVU to publish any
such files through any associated media channel or party. Users upload files to MVU
on condition that they release all rights to the video, and give full permission to
MVU and its associates to use and publish the video in any way they wish. No
compensation will be payable for the uploaded file being used in any such way.
5) MVU makes no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing
your videos. As a user of www.myvideouploads.com, you agree that MVU is not liable for your
video or any lost business due to the temporary unavailability or permanent closure
of the website.
6) File deletion requests may be made at http://www.myvideouploads.com/help/contact.aspx.
Do not upload any content that you do not want on the internet.
7) MVU reserves the right to modify the User Agreement at any time, and without
prior notice to its users.
Finally, please
be a responsible user and report any violations of our User Agreement at
http://www.myvideouploads.com/help/contact.aspx so that they can be investigated promptly.
